DELIVERY

Delivery is free to most UK Mainland only postcodes.   

Please contact me for a quote before purchasing to check whether your postcode is included in this category. 

All deliveries are carried out via a professional one person courier service, therefore they may require assistance unloading from the van and will deliver to the first door of entry to the property only.  Note : This means the entry door the building not to the apartment door. If you need two person delivery please advise us prior to purchase.

We will give you an estimated delivery date for your purchase but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.

We will package your purchase securely and we will determine the method of delivery either courier or otherwise.

You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours of receipt of any goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.

RETURNS

There is a 14 day cooling-off period in line with distance selling regulations, you must contact us as soon as possible and within the 14 days. Return delivery is paid by the customer.  Any damage found to have been caused by the customer could result in a reduced refund or no refund.  Ancillary costs may be deducted from any refund.

Please measure your space to ensure that items are suitable before purchasing. 

 

Please note that tailored and customised items do not fall within these guidelines and are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed costings is required to secure the commission. The remaining balance is required prior to work commencing on the furniture. Changes to designs may incur a further charge and any cancellations of commissioned items will not be refunded. 

 

PRIVACY

When placing an order with us you will have to provide personal information including your name and address. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery.

 

 

 

PAYMENT

Payment for goods, cost of packaging and delivery must be received in full before the goods are delivered.

 

 

Payment online must be made by credit or debit card via Wix payments.
